Siam Varee Highlights

Join us for an unforgettable adventure as we embark on a scenic ferry ride across the majestic River of Kings, heading towards the historic heart of Thailand's old capital. As we glide over the shimmering waters, prepare to immerse yourself into a riverside journey through Thai culture and history.

Our first stop is a serene riverside temple, where the air is filled with tranquillity. Here, we’ll share insights into Thailand’s beautiful culture and traditions. Together, we’ll make an offering to the largest seated Buddha in Bangkok, a moment that promises to be both reflective and inspiring.

As the gentle breeze caresses us, we’ll meander along the picturesque riverside path, pausing to explore a charming Chinese shrine that showcases the intricate artistry and devotion of its creators.

Next, we’ll visit the Santa Cruz Church, the oldest Catholic church in Bangkok, nestled in the historic 220-year-old Kudeejeen community, known for its rich Portuguese heritage. Strolling through the maze of colourful lanes, you’ll gain a unique insight into the daily life of Bangkok residents away from the bustling tourist spots.

Indulge your taste buds at the first bakery established in Thailand, where we’ll savour delightful traditional Portuguese snacks paired with a refreshing coffee or cold drink.

Continuing along the riverside, we’ll arrive at Wat Prayoon, a temple renowned for its stunning circular courtyard. We’ll climb the narrow stairs of the impressive bell-shaped white chedi and explore the fascinating structure inside, a true hidden treasure! Next, you can unwind in the peaceful temple grounds, where we’ll take a moment to feed the hungry turtles, a delightful experience that connects us with nature.

As we make our way back across the river, take in the breathtaking views of the bustling riverside life. Our final stop will be the vibrant flower market, a lively hub of daytime activity where the air is filled with the intoxicating scents of blossoms from all corners of Thailand. Prepare to awaken your senses as we explore the colourful stalls brimming with dazzling flora sourced from all over Thailand, a feast for the eyes and soul.

Are your tours suitable for everyone?

Yes! As long as you are comfortable walking around 3–4 km at an easy pace, our tours are designed to be relaxed, with a slow pace and regular refreshment stops.

Can children go on the tour?

Absolutely! Our tours are family-friendly. Parents must take full responsibility for their children. We recommend booking a private tour so we can tailor the route and pace to suit your family.
