Join us on a guided Bangkok cultural bike tour through Bangkok’s historic neighbourhoods, where everyday local life unfolds at street level.
We begin in Talat Noi, one of Bangkok’s oldest riverside communities, known for its narrow alleys, traditional Chinese shophouses, street art, and historic shrines. From here, we cycle through the surrounding backstreets, where daily life unfolds right outside people’s homes and shops.
At a local Chinese shrine, we pause to learn about spiritual traditions and to make a small offering for good health and protection — a meaningful glimpse into Bangkok’s community life.
From there, we ride into the lively streets of Chinatown, where market stalls spill onto the pavements and the air is filled with aromas of street food.
Next, we visit Pak Khlong Talat Flower Market, Bangkok’s largest flower market. The vibrant colours and delicate scents of orchids, marigolds, and roses make it one of the city’s most photogenic spots. Crossing the Chao Phraya River, we reach the quieter, historic Thonburi side of Bangkok. Here, we explore peaceful temple grounds, learn about Thai Buddhist traditions, and even feed turtles in a temple pond.
Our ride continues along a scenic riverside cycle path, passing local homes and communities rarely visited by tourists. We then hop on a local river ferry, enjoying the cool breeze as we cross back, ending our journey where it began.
This tour offers a relaxed, immersive look at real Bangkok life, culture, and riverside communities — far beyond the typical tourist trail.
