Join us on a guided Bangkok sunrise walking tour through temples, markets and riverside communities as the city awakens for the day.

We begin with a local street-side breakfast, where you’ll experience one of Thailand’s most meaningful daily traditions. As saffron-robed monks walk quietly through the streets, local residents offer food in a ritual known as alms giving, a beautiful reflection of Thai spiritual life.

Next, we take a local ferry across the Chao Phraya River, heading toward the historic Thonburi side of Bangkok. From the water, you’ll see the skyline glow in the soft morning light.

Our first temple visit is Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn. This riverside landmark has stood as a symbol of Bangkok for centuries. We explore the temple grounds and admire the towering central prang decorated with intricate porcelain details.

Crossing back over the river, we enter a lively historic local market, where vendors prepare fresh seafood, spices, and produce for the day ahead. This is everyday Bangkok at its most authentic.

We then visit Wat Pho, one of Thailand’s most important temple complexes. As we wander through the peaceful courtyards, you’ll see the spectacular 46-metre-long Reclining Buddha, covered in gold leaf and rich in symbolic detail.

For a unique cultural insight, we take a short walk through the monks' living quarters, a quiet area rarely visited by tourists. This respectful visit offers a glimpse into the calm, disciplined life of Buddhist monks.

Our tour ends at the colourful Pak Khlong Talat Flower and Vegetable Market, where the scent of fresh jasmine, roses, orchids, and herbs fills the air — a vibrant and memorable finish to the morning.

Are your tours suitable for everyone?

Yes! As long as you are comfortable walking around 3–4 km at an easy pace, our tours are designed to be relaxed, with a slow pace and regular refreshment stops.

Can children go on the tour?

Absolutely! Our tours are family-friendly. Parents must take full responsibility for their children. We recommend booking a private tour so we can tailor the route and pace to suit your family.

How big are the groups?

To prioritise safety and a more personal experience, we limit our group size to a maximum of 8 guests. If you have a larger group, please contact us to arrange a private tour.

What should I wear?

We recommend lightweight, comfortable clothing and sensible closed shoes. Please avoid flip-flops or sandals. If your tour includes temple visits, clothing should cover shoulders and knees out of respect.

What do I need to bring?

Just bring a big smile! We recommend avoiding handbags for comfort during the walk.

What happens if it rains?

No worries! Rain in Bangkok is often short and localised. If it rains during the tour, we provide complimentary ponchos and take shelter until it passes.

Do I need to book in advance, or can I just turn up?

Our tours are popular and often fill up, so we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.

How long does a booking confirmation take?

After booking online, you’ll receive an automatic email confirming we’ve received your request. We will then reply within 12 hours to confirm your tour or suggest an alternative if needed.

Where is the meeting point?

After booking, we’ll send detailed directions by email. Please check your inbox so you arrive at the correct meeting location.

What happens if I’m late?

If you’re running late, please call us at +66 (0)8 7059 1130. The tour may start without you, but we’ll do our best to reschedule you depending on availability.

How do I pay?

Payment is made in cash (Thai Baht only) at the meeting point before the tour begins. Please try to bring the correct amount.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or change your booking, please inform us at least 24 hours before the tour. This helps us offer spaces to other guests and manage our schedule.
